Difficulty Levels of the Tours
easy hikes
moderate physical fitness required, walking time 2 - 4 hours, elevation gain up to approximately 400 meters, distance up to 10 km
moderate hikes
good fitness required, surefootedness, and freedom from vertigo required; classic trails with a foothill character, walking time between 4 - 6 hours, distance up to 15 km, elevation gain up to approximately 800 meters
challenging hikes
excellent fitness required, suitable for experienced hikers; surefootedness and freedom from vertigo required; partially long ascents and descents on steep slopes, narrow and exposed paths at times; walking time 6 - 8 hours, distance up to 20 km, elevation gain up to 1500 meters
difficult hikes
excellent fitness required, surefootedness, freedom from vertigo, and alpine experience required; challenging hike in high-alpine and partly highly exposed terrain, very steep ascents and descents; walking time 6-10 hours, distance up to 25 km, elevation gain up to 2000 meters
For all tours, you will need:

sufficient fitness and endurance according to the tour

weather-appropriate, wind- and waterproof clothing, as well as spare clothing

sun protection for the skin, sunglasses, hat

backpack with a rain cover

snacks and sufficient drinking water

sleeping bag liner for multi-day hikes
Additional equipment for snowshoeing:
